The face behind this brand. The Visionary Behind African Cuisine UK.

Cooking has always been more than a hobby for me; it is a passion that comes from deep within. Whether it’s 2:00 AM or midday, the kitchen is where my creativity truly comes alive.

When I first arrived in the UK as a student, I quickly noticed a gap in the market. While there were plenty of quick takeaways offering burgers and chips, it was incredibly difficult to find authentic, high-quality African food. I realized that both students and busy professionals were craving the taste of home but lacked the hours needed to prepare it.

Inspired by the incredible women in my life my mum and my offline/online aunties who taught me the true beauty of our heritage through food, I decided to bridge that gap.

Now every meal I prepare is a step toward my dream of one day owning a Michelin-star restaurant. For me, this is just the beginning. I am deeply grateful to God for the opportunity to turn this dream into a reality, and I am beyond honoured to share my love for authentic cuisine with my community.
